Casa das Penhas Douradas is the result of an innovative intervention in a former mountain hotel on the site, contemporary of the foundation of Penhas Douradas. It is a place of rest, comfort, contemplation, silence, views to lose sight of. It is also the starting point of many walking routes to the beautiful Serra da Estrela that no one knows, so different in all its corners, so different in all seasons, so different from the mountains we have.
